The ERIE claims you can't buy equal coverage at any price...
Here's the proof!
- The ERIE will waive the collision deductible in the event of an accident between two autos insured by The ERIE, or if the driver of an auto not insured by The ERIE is identified, solely liable and insured.*
- When purchased, any reasonable cost for road service and towing is covered.
- Our policy covers your transportation expenses beginning immediately after a covered collision or other than collision loss. Coverage is provided for up to $600 per loss.
- Our policy pays for first aid relief to persons and animals.
- We will pay up to $50 for the costs incurred for locksmith services if keys accidentally are locked in an auto we protect. *
- The policy covers the costs to replace a deployed air bag.*
- Coverage for sound reproducing equipment, including audio visual and data electronic equipment, is covered if it is permanently installed in the dash or console of your auto. If this equipment is installed elsewhere in a covered auto, a $1,000 limit applies.
- Your "other than collision" deductible will be waived when a damaged windshield is repaired instead of replaced.
- There is coverage for up to $350 for loss to personal effects resulting from a collision or other than collision loss while the personal effects are in or upon an auto we insure. Theft losses are covered if the entire auto is stolen.*
- The policy will pay up to $75 per person for travel costs when the auto becomes disabled due to a comprehensive or collision loss.*
- Up to $50 coverage is provided for lawyer's fees incurred by anyone we protect when arrested after an accident covered by the policy.
- We will pay up to $500 for the expense of bail bonds arising out of an accident or traffic violation.
- The ERIE will pay up to $200 a day for incurred loss of earnings when anyone protected under the policy helps The ERIE investigate or defend a claim or suit.
- The ERIE will reimburse you for the premium paid for up to 30 days to purchase coverage on an owned auto in a foreign country where this policy does not apply.
- If you purchase an additional private passenger auto or trailer, we give you up to 60 days to report this change to us in order to maintain coverage on this vehicle.
- We will pay up to $1000 for loss to a non-owned trailer.
- Should a loss occur involving a replacement or additional vehicle, the broadest coverage purchased for anyone vehicle listed on the Declarations will apply.
- Collision and other than collision coverages, if purchased on an owned private passenger auto or trailer, will apply to a non-owned moving van.
*Denotes that these feaatures are applicable if Physical Damage coverage is purchased. |
