WORKERS COMPENSATION & EMPLOYERS LIABILITY

 The ERIE's Workers Compensation and Employers Liability program provides coverage to comply with the responsibilities imposed upon an employer by the Workers Compensation Law of your state.

WORKERS COMPENSATION

Workers Compensation insurance provides coverage for injury or disease sustained by your employee arising in the course and the scope of their employment, regardless of negligence on your part.

EMPLOYERS LIABILITY

Employers Liability insurance provides necessary protection in the event you negligently cause a work-related employee injury that is not covered by the workers compensation system.

OTHER STATES' COVERAGE

Other States' coverage automatically provides temporary Workers Compensation and Employers Liability coverage for your new operations performed in states other than Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

CLAIMS SETTLEMENT

Payment for medical services and compensation for temporary or permanent disability are made promptly as they become due.

DEFENSE COSTS

The ERIE will defend you in suits brought against you as a result of employee injury. This protection will be provided even if the allegations against your business are not true.

PAYMENT PLAN

ERIE offers premium payment plans that are designed to meet your Workers Compensation requirement in an efficient manner. There are several different payment plans available, and you can choose the plan that best handles your needs.

SLIDING SCALE DIVIDEND

The sliding scale dividend plan pays dividends based on premium size and loss ratio, and reflects ERIE's concern for safety. Like you, we believe safety is a very important part of your business. Dividends can result in a substantial savings to your business if your loss experience is favorable.
